The Tangram is a classic two-dimensional puzzle made of seven pieces called Tans, which can be rearranged to form thousands of figures — people, animals, objects, and abstract shapes. According to Chinese literature, it was invented during the reign of Chia-ch'ing (1796–1820) and became a puzzle craze in early 1800s Europe, prized by royalty, authors, and emperors. Now you can own one carved from natural Brazilian Soapstone.
